I hope you are well. I thought I should write as I have just recommended 'Loftlife' to my friend Tracey Edet, you met today. Tracey came round to have a look at the finished loft recently.

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you why I am so happy to continue recommending 'Loftlife'.

Richard and his team began work as promised early in December, I was filled with anticipation and fear given a previous experience with a builder. From the beginning Richard was communicative, approachable and conscientious. He went out his way to ensure we were both clear on the schedule of works and to clarify our preference on details, design etc. Every trades person that arrived followed in the same manner, and to schedule. if there was an unseen problem Richard was quick to solve it and articulate what was happening and why. A huge thank you is due, I did not think the whole process would be so enjoyable!

I have also shown my neighbours around at No.34 Paul and Anna, I believe they have now decided to work with you too. Louise & family (the lady you gave my details to) have since visited .

I just wanted to say that we have been really pleased with our loft conversion, Rob and Danny were great. They both made, what I thought was going to be a stressful time, a very easy 6 weeks. They were professional, approachable ( very patient with our questions 😀 ) and had good advice when we were unsure of things. The end result is fantastic and Rob organised everything super efficiently, I have not hesitated in recommending them to anyone who has asked of our experience. 🏼
